Beddie Pearl Gillis Wiley, age 84, of Emporia, died June 21, 2018 Mrs Wiley was born in Person County, N. C. to the late Gladys Young Gilliis and Clyde Gillis. She was the widow of James Earl Wiley. Mrs. Wiley was preceeded in death by one-Brother, Merritt Gillis. She is survived by three daughters, Carol Ann Wiley of Seattle, Washington, Kathleen Adell Wiley and husband Jon C. Singleton of Sherrills Ford, N. C. and Diane Lee Wiley of Virginia Beach, Va.
Funeral Service was be held Saturday, June 23, at 2:00 P.M. at Main St. Baptist Church, 440 South Main Street, Emporia, Virginia with visitation 1:00 to 2:00 P. M. before the service. Dr. Rick Hurst will be officiating the service. Interment will follow at the Emporia Cemetery, Brunswick Ave., Emporia, Va.
